It is about three kilometers away from the center, and (850) meters far from Ramallah First Group. The location of the college is marked by having natural beauty. It is surrounded by ever green pine and olive trees, and gardens of colourful flowers spread all over the place reflecting an atmosphere of everlasting spring.


College Buildings 
The area of the college is 75 dunums. The following buildings are included in the campus of the college: Administration Offices. Educational Science faculty building, Vocational and Technical Education building, Nursing Building, Speech Therapy Building, Graphic Design Building, Clinic, Dining Room, Students Residential, Staff Residential, Raja’s Hall, Gymnasium, Conference room, Mosque, Ramallah Girls’ School and Library. 
The Library 
The library of the college was established in 1962. Since then, the administration has been keen on setting up a specialized vocational, technical and educational sciences library that can provide necessary information and resources through accessing books, references, periodicals, audio-visual students in addition to instructors, school teachers, school supervisors and the administrative staff. The library is located in the second floor of the administration building. The area of the building is 563 square meters. There are around 40.000 volumes and 55 periodicals as well as cassettes, videotapes, microfilms, discs, (CD-ROM) discs and (On-Line) search technique. The programme used in computerizing is the CDS/ISIS. The library always seeks extension and modernization of its services to cope with the current developments. 
The Residential 
The college established students’ residential with a capacity of 580 students and provided them with all possible facilities to enable them continue their study n a convenient and secured environment. The students’ the college residential is run by the following staff members: Assistant Principal for domestic affairs, Counselor, Recreation officer, Home Mother, three Assistant Home Mothers, Steward and a Nurse. In addition, the college residential provides the following free services: Central heating reception services, Counselor, Recreation officer, Home Mother, three Assistant Home Mothers, Steward and a Nurse. In addition, the college residential provides the following free services: recreational facilities, three meals, stationery, and sportswear. Moreover the college has a Canteen, theatre and a mosque. A clinic is also available in the college which is supplied with modern medical equipment and needed medication. A doctor visits the clinic twice a week. When cases are urgent, patients are transferred to Al-Amari Camp Clinic or Ramallah Hospital. A resident nurse is also employed in the clinic to serve student’s medical needs. The clinic has nine beds and is open 24 hours a day.
